Terms & Conditions

• Areas should be sound, clear, and free from debris.

• We are happy to carry out these works for an extra charge.

• On-site access to a water supply is required.

• Stained surfaces: most oil stains can be removed with the correct degreaser; cement- based stains need to be removed mechanically prior to cleaning; rotary-jet washing will not revive colour loss or fading caused by exposure to the ultra-violet light in sunlight.

• If necessary, a sample area can be tested, free of charge.

• Most domestic works can be completed in a day, subject to weather conditions and size of job.

• Block-paved surfaces may need a follow-up visit as they must be clean and dry before they can be re-sanded.

• All prices are inclusive of VAT.

• Account customers are strictly 30 days.

• Payment in full is due on completion, by cash, internet banking transfer or cheque supported with a bank card.
