The above guideline prices apply to domestic premises only; commerical and public area pricing is subject to contract.

All prices are subject to a site visit and inclusive of VAT.

Areas should be sound, clear, and free from debris.

We are happy to carry out these works for an extra charge.

On-site access to a water supply is required.

Stained surfaces: most oil stains can be removed with the correct degreaser; cement-       based stains need to be removed mechanically prior to cleaning; rotary-jet washing       will not revive colour loss or fading caused by exposure to the ultra-violet light in       sunlight.

If necessary, a sample area can be tested, free of charge.

Most domestic works can be completed in a day, subject to weather conditions and       size of job.

Block-paved surfaces may need a follow-up visit as they must be clean and dry before      they can be re-sanded.

All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Account customers are strictly 30 days.

Payment in full is due on completion, by cash, internet banking transfer or cheque       supported with a bank card.
